"The pipeline that we have together is pretty incredible," says Amanda. "We're winning some big brands… and that's as much due to [Shopify’s] team really supporting us and recommending us as it is Bloomreach bringing [Shopify] into our customer base as well."
ALDO picked Bloomreach to help make their product discovery smarter, faster, and more personalized. Soon, they’ll add an autonomous search bar that will continuously learn and optimize results based on customer interactions. That way, it’ll provide customers with shoe and accessory recommendations that more closely match their conversational queries in real time—without the ALDO team needing to tune its rules manually.
Similarly, ThirdLove recently selected Bloomreach to ensure their digital experience matches the personalization of their products.
Amanda explains how a conversation with Amy Carr, CMO at ThirdLove, solidified the partnership with their intimate apparel brand known for inclusive sizing and fit. As they talked, Amy shared how a 55-year-old woman typically gets the exact same bra shopping experience as a 16-year-old. They browse the same pages, products, and journey—yet they have completely different bodies.
