• Authorization Required: Any use of Shopify's brand assets generally requires express authorization in writing from Shopify.
• No Misleading Affiliation: Your use must not mislead consumers into thinking that Shopify has sponsored, affiliated with, or endorsed your company, products, or services, unless you have explicit permission to do so.
• Exclusive Property: Shopify's brand assets are the exclusive property of Shopify Inc. All goodwill generated from the use of Shopify's brand assets benefits Shopify.
• Respect Shopify's Rights: You agree not to take any action that conflicts with Shopify's rights in or ownership of its brand assets.
• Hyperlink to Shopify: When Shopify's name or Brand Assets are mentioned on a webpage, they should ideally include an embedded hyperlink to our homepage: https://simplereward.info/a%3E.%3C/li%3E
• Respectful Use: Shopify's brand assets must always be used in a respectful manner. They should not be used in a way that could harm Shopify, its products or services, or in a manner that, in Shopify's opinion, lessens or otherwise damages Shopify's reputation or goodwill.
• Prohibited Associations: Do not associate Shopify's brand assets with any illicit, illegal, deceptive, or harmful activities.
